Refund & Replacement Policy

Perishable Product Notice:

As our cookies are freshly baked and perishable, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photo evidence at inquiry@kookiepakistan.com. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
